General:
The General Settings page allows admins to customize their scadlr account. The options on this page allow the admin to choose what they want their customers to see when they land on the business’s scadlr page, create a refund policy, and write disclaimers.
Promotions:
The Promotions page is where promo/discount codes can be created. Promotions that are highlighted in Red are expired or have reached the maximum number of uses. Once a promotion has been used, the admin will not be able to delete it from the promotions grid.
You must create the promotions before creating the memberships.

2. Click “Create Promotion”
3. Fill out fields
4. Click save
(Promotion codes can be applied directly to specific categories in experiences you offer, allowing for more targeted campaigns and offers).
Form Builder:
Admin users can edit Waivers, Registration Forms, and Private Event Request forms on the Form Builder page. The admin will be able to view all Active and Archived forms. All form fields are editable for admin users to add what information they need on each form.
You can also select “no waiver required” when creating an event if you do not want to include one.
Admins can also choose to save the information collected from registration forms to the customer profile.
Show Spots Available: #
There is a toggle where in settings that allows businesses to choose whether or not they want to display the number of available spots for an event on the customer-facing page.
Users:
The Users tab houses the staff and administrators for the business. This is where all staff information is displayed and where users can be added/edited. To add a staff member to an event, the staff member must be created in this section first. There are 3 types of users.
Users with:
No Access does NOT allow access to the admin side of the application but can be added as staff members to events.
Limited Access allows users to view Events, Products, Gift Cards, and Customers.
Administrator Access allows the user to view and use the entire application.
Email Notifications:
scadlr can send automated emails to admins regarding notifications, week in review, or orders needing action. The admin can select when day and time they would like to receive each email.
Custom Refund Policy:
Businesses can add multiple refund policies.
The default refund policy will be no refund.
Businesses choose days in advance, percentage, and refund method. You cannot add a refund with the same number of days in advance and need to add them from highest days to lowest days in order.
