Businesses create experiences for customers to choose and purchase a specific offering and time slot. The “Experiences” functionality allows customers to book offerings such as one-on-one sessions, private studio time, birthday parties, weddings and showers, corporate events, etc., without needing an admin’s assistance.
Scheduling:
To complete the scheduling for an Experience, choose the days and time frames you would like the Experience to run by clicking the plus icon on the day(s) in the calendar at the bottom of the page. For quick scheduling, use the “Copy” icon in the date box to add the same time frame to more days.
Active Experiences:
Experiences that have not yet passed the dates they have been scheduled for will have an “Active” toggle on the Experiences dashboard. To make an Experience not show on the Customer side, switch the toggle to “Off” mode. If all dates have passed, the toggle will not be editable.
Add-Ons and Themes: #
Create Add-ons and Themes in your Settings and when you are creating your Experience you will choose which Add-ons are available for purchase along with Themes the customer can select from.
Themes can be anything from the types of packages you offer for an experience, to various menus to choose from for a cooking experience, to simply a themed party like Rainbows and Unicorns or Hary Potter.
