Issuing a Gift Card:
Gift Cards can be issued by admin users or customers can buy them for someone else.
If a gift card is expired, the gift card will appear in red text on the gift card dashboard. To edit the expiration policies, navigate to Settings (General Settings).
- No account required: Customers can now purchase gift cards without creating an account.
- Choose between Physical or E-Gift Cards:
- E-Gift Cards: Enter the recipient’s name, email, and amount, and the gift card code is automatically generated and emailed.
- Physical Gift Cards: Simply enter the amount and assign a gift card code.
