Membership Benefits:
When creating a membership, the admin will have the option to choose what benefits the membership includes. Admins must add at least one of the two types of benefits before saving. The benefits are as follows:
- Member Discounts: Special promotions for those with membership that will be automatically applied to the tickets you create for an event.
- Before adding a member discount to the membership make sure that you FIRST create the promotion in the Promotion section of Settings.
- Early Access: Access to Events and Experiences before the public.
- This benefit allows customers to purchase the event X days before the tickets are open to the public.
Admins can create “Member Only” events by toggling an event member only when creating that event. This allows ALL members exclusive access to that offering.
To Create a Membership:
- Make sure you have a promo code added to the “promotions” tab for membership you are creating.
- Click “Create Membership”
- Add title, image description
- Choose if it is monthly or annual
- Fill out capacity section
- Fill out benefits section. Choose your promotion and early access
- Click publish
Membership Expiration Email:
System will automatically send an email to customers 5 days before their membership expires to remind them to re-purchase.
Membership Status:
If customers go to Your Account > Registration, they can see what membership they have purchased from this tab.
Viewing Active Memberships as an Admin:
When you click on “Membership” in the admin dashboard, it opens a clean view mode of all of your active/ non-active members.
