Types of Products:
There are two types of products:
- Merchandise: Merchandise is any type of physical product that can be picked up or delivered to customers.
- Digital Product: Digital Products are sent to customers via email.
Product Tags:
Adding a tag to a product will allow the product to be visible on reports. Tags are not visible to the customer. Product tags can be applied to the Order, Product, and Customer Report.
