How much does it cost?
Scadlr can be FREE to use, here’s how! Scadlr charges a small fee for every transaction made. There is no monthly, annual, or subscription payment involved. The fee can be passed onto your customers in their final total, creating no cost for you as a business. We have one version of the application that gives you access to every feature and update, no upgrades needed! Trust us, we know the struggle of trying to navigate different payment tiers or levels, but with scadlr it comes all together.
Can I see the product before I commit?
Of course! Our customer support team is always around to answer questions and give quick 30-minute demos. By filling out a contact form, a team member will get back to ASAP and schedule a time that is best for you. Can I sell products/merchandise?
Yes! Since our product uses a shopping cart system, customers can purchase any products along with their events, bookings, etc. We have the option to sell physical items (merchandise, supplies, drinks/food, etc.) and digital ones as well! Sell PDF’s, memberships, subscriptions, etc. and also give out promo codes based on seasonal sales/special events.
Is scadlr secure?
Security of you and your customers data is of utmost importance to us here. We partner with Stripe, a leading, trusted payment processor. Your business data will not be shared with anyone else and stays in your scadlr account. You can also access customer data in a protected way and make sure everything is in one place! When you are onboarding, our team can explain more and will be diligent on helping you navigate Stripe.
What does the customer experience look like? Will they have access to scadlr?
Scadlr is easy, user friendly, and makes registering for events seamless. Each customer can create their own account and use the shopping cart feature to browse your classes, private events, and products. You can also choose how your calendar looks. Scadlr offers monthly calendars, gallery and list view. In addition, the scadlr team is willing to help you transfer customer data from your previous system. We send notifications and make sure all your regulars are in the know!
Can I see reports?
Report generation is a complimentary feature provided with scadlr, and we do all of the work to set up your instance so you can start gathering data. Google Analytics is also included so you can explore and analyze business data from there. Our report dashboard has options for you to choose from (product, gift card, order, customer reports, etc.) and allows you export them into PDF form.
How do I integrate this into my business?

Demo

After we have the demo, onboarding is an important next step. During this call, we will show you how scadlr can be tailored to your business specifically. Our development team will create an account with your logo, organization name, and other attributes. Taking the time, you need to feel fully set up is our priority. Designing & Creating
Once your account is set up, the fun part begins! Creating your events and designing your page is where you can let your classes shine. Add pictures into your media library, write descriptions, import essential info, etc. You can also create more than one location if your business requires it!
