How scadlr Gives Back

Something you might not know about scadlr is our dedication to supporting non-profits! We pride ourselves on making scadlr user friendly and affordable so that non-profit organizations are able to take advantage of our useful features.

One particular case that spoke to our team recently is a local cooking school, GreenRoots Teaching Kitchen in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Right down the street from our Cambridge office! The team at GreenRoots is working to combat food insecurity and achieve environmental justice. They’ve started five urban gardens along with a hydroponic farm that can grow fresh food year-round. These are just a few of the innovative initiatives GreenRoots has taken to improve the quality of life in Massachusetts.

More on GreenRoots Teaching Kitchen

The work they are doing over at the teaching kitchen is so important to the local greater Boston community. And while their classes are free, meaning scadlr doesn’t get a cut from them, we wanted to let GreenRoots use the system as a way to give back to our community. GreenRoots is a local organization that is improving lives every day, and we are proud to be a small part of their mission.

scadlr’s Partnerships

This is just one example of the many organizations we are fortunate enough to work with. We’ve partnered with non-profits across the country, like Woman Kraft, an art studio dedicated to supporting minority and female artists in Tucson and A to Z Cooking School in Santa Barbara that brings cooking skills to children, schools, and adults on the west coast.

scadlr’s Values

Accessibility is a cornerstone of scadlr. Our founder left their own cooking school to start this application and help other business owners with scheduling management. Scadlr is intended to be accessible to all business owners, and being able to support these incredible non-profit organizations is the cherry on top. If you run a non-profit and want an easier way to manage your offerings reach out to us today to get started with scadlr.
